Chicken Escollops Carefully slice two chicken breasts in half along the middle to form four flat pieces. Place the breasts carefully in a clean tea towel and flatten out using a rolling pin or other heavy blunt instrument. Next make the marinade. Mix together in a small bowl the juice of a lemon, one tsp of paprika, two generous tsp of Marmite, four tsp of brown sugar and one tsp of ground ginger to form a thick paste. Spread the paste evenly over both sides of the chicken pieces. Next pat the escallops in some corn flour then into some beaten egg yolk and then into some fine fresh breadcrumbs. Shallow fry the escallops in butter until golden brown or for a more healthy option, grill for about 10 minutes each side under a moderate grill. Serve with pickled walnuts and steamed artichoke hearts.

Great stuff! The last three 2DTV clips don't have any sound, and I do have the proper codecs. Would love to get the "Talibannies" and all the Prof. Liebstrom clips if you have them. I can't seem to find much elsewhere on the web, and 2DTV isn't likely to make it across the pond to the States anytime soon. Thanks again. Cheers!
