Seen a lot of people with the same problem I have:
There needs to be an option to whitelist a site for popups. The little window in the lower right corner is fine for the occasional popup, but when you are browsing a site where all of the detailed content opens in a popup, it is very annoying to have to mouse over the window in the lower right to open the popup.
According to Chrome forum user Legaia, to turn off popup blocking, edit your shortcut and instead of calling “chrome.exe” change it to “chrome.exe -disable-popup-blocking”. Here’s the thread: I then used this switch to find loads more: Of course, this is not a “solution” in the long term, but it’s a workaround until they fix the missing dialogue box.
