But that's a whole lot different from saying the government gets to decide what is and isn't efficient and therefore what you can and can't do.<br><br>Regarding wind farms, the problem as I understand it is that you do sometimes get weather conditions where the whole of Britain has very little wind, hence the need for all the backup.
