But that&#039;s a whole lot different from saying the government gets to decide what is and isn&#039;t efficient and therefore what you can and can&#039;t do.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Regarding wind farms, the problem as I understand it is that you do sometimes get weather conditions where the whole of Britain has very little wind, hence the need for all the backup.</description>
